What I'm Building Right Now

Ambio AI-Powered Interior Design Discovery

The primary focus has been building and shipping product experiences end-to-end. I led the AR integration layer, ensuring seamless browser-based augmented reality experiences without requiring app downloads. This included marker handling, video activation flows, and performance optimisation for real-world usage.

On the product side, I have worked closely on defining and executing the roadmap including AI integration strategy, feature prioritisation, user flow optimisation, and building systems that align with long-term platform vision. The work spans from concept validation to implementation and iteration based on user behaviour.

On the infrastructure side, I contributed to scalable architecture decisions including efficient asset delivery, performance-focused frontend builds, and backend structures designed to support rapid growth without proportional cost increases.

How I Build

Operating principles developed through two years of building real products not borrowed frameworks, not startup advice parroted from podcasts.

Execution over theory.
I started as a solo developer with one late-night idea. That first product won a national hackathon. The lesson wasn't about the win it was that shipping a working system teaches you more than any amount of research. Bias toward output has been the most consistent multiplier in my stack.
Systems over hacks.
Fast doesn't mean brittle. I design infrastructure that can absorb 10× growth without a rewrite. Every architectural decision is made with the next order of magnitude in mind serverless choices, data models, API contracts. Technical debt is a product decision.
Design is product strategy.
In consumer AI products, the interface is the differentiator. I treat every UX decision as a retention and conversion decision. Good design isn't aesthetic it's the product's ability to communicate value before the user reads a single word of copy.
Speed with correctness.
The goal is not to move fast and break things. It's to move fast and break nothing critical. I ship on short cycles but with clear line-of-sight to what breaks if a decision is wrong. Judgment over process.
Solo to team without losing velocity.
I built alone for the first year. Scaling to a team required rebuilding how I work documentation, decision frameworks, technical standards. Leadership didn't slow me down. It multiplied output. The compounding from team leverage is the real moat.
